Photography Work

Payments

First 50% to pay is a non-refundable deposit, and is to be paid once the shoot has been booked.

Remaining 50% is to be paid 48 hours prior to the shoot.

Additional costs are to be paid in full, 48 hours prior to the shoot.

Payment via BACS or PayPal

Cancellations

Cancellations made by the client due to adverse weather conditions, submitted 48 hours before the shoot, are not subject to charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the shoot, no refund will be given.

Non payment of the remaining balance will cancel the booking, there will be no refund of the 50% deposit.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the shoot where the client has paid more than the 50% deposit, the excess over the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations made by myself, for any reason, will be refunded in full if another date cannot be organised.

If the client does not show up on the day of the shoot, I will wait for 45 minutes before leaving the site.

Aerial Work

Payments

Permissions

Some flights will be in or over congested areas. This may mean there are properties, vehicles, structures or people within the required separation distance for take-off and landing. The flight will not be approved if the land is not suitable or safe for take-off.

If permission cannot be granted from the landowner, or a suitable take-off location cannot be found, the flight will be cancelled and there will be no charges.

All permissions must be obtained, in writing or via email, and sent to myself 48 hours before the flight.

Standard photo resolution - 20 Megapixel (4:3)

Standard video resolution - 1080p/30FPS (4K 30/24FPS available)

Late Payment

A 15% late payment charge will be made to all invoices not settled within 30 calendar days of invoice issue date. This charge is cumulative.
